These are our terms and conditions for the use of the website finishing-touches.com and the purchase of products through the website.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website. You should note that Finishing Touches may at any time remove part of the website without any liability to customers for such changes. Finishing Touches reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing orders after such change shall be deemed acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order on the website, you warrant by placing such order that;
1. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
2. The personal details which you provide to us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
3. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place an order you are doing so in acceptance of the terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you proceed with an order.
Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel a regular stock order within 14 days and will be refunded the full amount of your order to the account it was originally paid from. This is under the confirmation that (a) you have previously confirmed you no longer want or require the order to progress, and it is not in the final stages of completion (b) that the order has not been dispatched (c) received orders are returned to us in the same condition they arrived in.
With personalised items, you are still free to cancel based on the above, however if the item has been printed and personalisation is complete, you will receive a partial refund taking into account the part of the process in which the item is at.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you enter during checkout, containing information about order content, prices etc.
Delivery
You as a buyer ae free to choose from the mentioned and at the time relevant delivery options. Finishing Toiches assumed no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from delays beyond our control;

Returns policy
Finishing Touches accepts returns of non-personalised items within 14 days if the product is unused, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be in their original packaging.
No products may be returned without the prior written consent of Finishing Touches and are subject to return postage charge.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make n warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the 7e of this website and it is a matter for you ensure your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Service Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law,
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall be proven to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Intellectual property & Copyright
By proceeding with an order and submitting information/images for us to use on your items, you are automatically accepting liability for any intellectual property infringement.
Data Protection
We at Finishing Touches do not keep your data for any length of time. We use the site provider to enable us to get the required information for the purchase, and only transfer into postage documents that are printed & deleted within 30 days.
You may wish to request your browser to 'Remember me' to keep the process easier for yourself. We do not hold this information.
General information on purchases are kept for a total of 6 years for tax and legal purposes. These documents are kept in a locked drive & secured place to ensure no other access is available.
Should you make an order outside of our website, your order confirmation via Royal Mail or otherwise will be kept in its simplest form for the duration of the tax year to enable us to provide any and all documentation to prove in/outgoings before being deleted upon confirmation of completion. Again, some information of purchase is kept in its simplest form for a total of 6 years for tax and legal purposes.
